This role is critical to supporting business development through technical expertise, customer engagement, and training delivery.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in NX CAM, along with the ability to deliver impactful pre-sales demos, technical support, and customer training.Key Responsibilities:Deliver pre-sales demonstrations of NX CAM solutions to prospective customersProvide technical support and address customer queries related to CAM and PLM softwareAssist customers in identifying and implementing CAM/PLM solutions aligned with their needsPerform installation and setup of NX CAM solutionsConduct training sessions on NX CAM for customersAct as a technical expert, mentoring and guiding customersCollaborate with business development teams to support sales initiativesRequired Skills & Experience:2–10 years of hands-on experience with NX CAMAssociate degree or equivalent experience in a related fieldStrong understanding of CAM and PLM industry concepts and terminologyExperience in pre-sales demos, customer support, or trainingExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently as well as in a team environmentProfessional, adaptable, and customer-focused approachWhy Join Us?Work on a critical internal role with high visibilityOpportunity to engage with customers and showcase cutting-edge solutionsCollaborative and growth-oriented work environment
