Project Manager

General Description:Manage the full project lifecycle from project order to post-SOP closure.Ensure project delivery in terms of timing, cost, and quality.Develop, maintain, and update project plans and reports.Lead communication with customers, internal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.Coordinate and lead cross-functional (matrix) project teams.Identify, assess, and mitigate risks in accordance with RA procedures and RAMP guidelines.Track open points and ensure timely resolution.Lead customer meetings, including critical discussions and negotiations.Drive project optimization through change management.Capture and apply lessons learned.Ensure successful project handover to plant operations.
