Make Ready TechnicianA well-established, Regional Property Management Company (MLP,LLC) is seeking a Full-Time Make Ready Technician. Some examples of essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:Maintain appearance and maintenance of the community including daily trash detail, upkeep of grounds, amenities, building interiors, exteriors and other community areas.Assist in the timely completion of rent readies, including paintingDiagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance repairs in a timely and professional mannerAssist in the upkeep of pool maintenance including checking and maintaining pool chemical levels and cleaning of the poolAdhere to and comply with company safety policies and rulesQualifications:1 year grounds, general maintenance or grounds/housekeeping experience requiredKnowledgeable in all areas of light maintenance such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting1 year multi-family experience requiredCPO preferredCurrent communities hiring:Full-Time Floating Make-Ready Technician- Aventura at Mid Rivers/Aventura at RichmondOur Total Rewards Package:Base Pay- Hourly wage paid bi-weekly on our standard payroll scheduleBonus Pay- Eligible for monthly lease renewal bonuses- after 90 days of employmentBenefits- Health, Dental, Vision, life insurance, disability insurance for full time team members, Employee Assistance Program401 (k) employer sponsored plan and contributionsFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Paid Time Off (PTO)- Vacation, sick time, flex day, floating holidayPaid HolidaysReferral BonusesMonday- Friday, 7:30am- 4:00pm, plus on-call rotation
