Senior Program ManagerLocation: South FloridaWork Arrangement: OnsiteEngagement Type: Contract-to-HireConversion Salary: $130,000–$150,000Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead complex, high-priority initiatives involving multiple departments and senior stakeholders. This individual will be responsible for program planning, execution, financial tracking, risk management, and executive-level reporting.The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed organization and can bring structure, accountability, and clear communication to large-scale programs with shifting priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead complex, cross-functional programs from planning through completion. Define project scope, objectives, milestones, responsibilities, risks, and reporting processes. Coordinate activities across internal teams, external partners, and geographically dispersed stakeholders. Manage project schedules, budgets, dependencies, risks, and deliverables. Provide regular status updates and presentations to senior leadership. Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements. Adjust project plans based on changing priorities, timelines, and business requirements. Partner with finance and other business functions on forecasting, cost controls, and reporting. Provide direction and mentorship to project team members. Maintain program documentation, performance metrics, and executive dashboards. Travel occasionally as required, up to approximately 10%. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. 6–8 years of program or project management experience. Previous experience leading teams and complex, cross-functional initiatives. Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills. Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, schedules, and risks. Ability to interpret technical documentation, plans, workflows, and business requirements. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project. PMP or a related project management certification is preferred. Accepting Candidates
