OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI Engineer to join a cross-functional engineering team within a leading enterprise organization. This is a hands-on role focused on building advanced AI-driven solutions and agentic frameworks to enhance engineering and operational excellence across the organization.The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Python full-stack development, Generative AI, and cloud technologies, with a strong ability to design and implement scalable AI-powered systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications and agentic workflowsBuild and integrate multi-agent systems to automate engineering processesDevelop full-stack applications using Python (frontend & backend)Work across the full Agile development lifecycle (design development production)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutionsIntegrate AI solutions with internal platforms such as ServiceNow, CMDB, and JIRAContribute to improving engineering and operational excellence standardsProvide technical guidance and AI expertise across teamsRequired Qualifications10+ years of software engineering experience7+ years of strong hands-on experience with Python (full-stack development)2+ years of experience in AI/Generative AI engineering5+ years of experience with AWSStrong Experience WithLLMs (GPT models) and AI application developmentAgentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph)RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecturesHugging Face Transformers, PEFTLLM orchestration frameworksExperience building scalable, production-ready applicationsStrong understanding of system design and backend architecturePreferred QualificationsExperience with LLM fine-tuning (nice to have)Familiarity with CI/CD pipelinesPrior Experience Working With Capital One (highly Preferred)Experience building multi-agent AI systemsExposure to enterprise integrations and large-scale platformsTeam & Work EnvironmentAgile, cross-functional team structureWork alongside full-time engineers and senior leadershipFocus on innovation within People Tech domainOpportunity to contribute to AI solutions already in production
