Customer Service Specialist
Customer Service Specialists play a key role in providing our customers with superb service. This position requires an individual to have high energy and outgoing personality. Customer Service Specialists will greet and welcome all customers to ensure their experience is fast, easy and pleasant. Multi-tasking plays a huge role in this job description as you are responsible for keeping the store clean, organized and stocked as well.
Responsibilities include:
Provide superior customer service by greeting and assisting customers, responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
Effectively operate the register, processing sales transactions in an efficient and friendly manner to minimize customer wait time, following all State and Federal laws regarding age restricted product sales.
Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store (inside and out) by completing designated duties list. Perform work activities such as cleaning and organizing shelves/displays and selling merchandise. Ensuring that the coffee bar is clean and stocked. Bathrooms are expected to be cleaned regularly.
Monitor product levels on sales floor, in coolers and freezers, rotating stock and keeping product levels full so that we have what our customers desire. Utilize FIFO (first in, first out) while stocking product.
In stores that have food service operations; ensure food preparation and food safety is adhered to.
Perform other duties as assigned at the discretion of the Store Manager or person in charge in their absence.
