DescriptionHomeSearch JobsJob DescriptionRecruiterContract: Seattle, Washington, USSalary Range: 27.00 - 31.00 | Per HourJob Code: 369114End Date: 2026-06-05Days Left: 10 days, 3 hours leftApplyJob Description:Title: Recruiter IIType (Contract): 3 months + possible conversionLocation: Seattle, WA (SEA 23)Interview times: 1 roundPay Range: $27/hr - $31/hrDay to Day:Source qualified candidates for hard-to-fill technical and niche roles using LinkedIn, HireEZ, Handshake, GitHub, and alternative channels.Build and manage candidate pipelines for upcoming hiring initiatives and seasonal demand.Coordinate interview scheduling, confirmations, and interviewer communication.Track recruiting metrics, sourcing effectiveness, and provide pipeline updates to stakeholders.Partner with recruiting teams and hiring managers to brainstorm new sourcing strategies when pipelines are low.Support process improvement projects, documentation, and workforce planning for future hiring cycles. Must haves: 3+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, preferably in high-volume or fast-paced environments.Proven experience sourcing for hard-to-fill, niche, or technical roles.Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.Ability to use creative sourcing methods beyond standard job boards.Strong organizational skills with interview coordination and stakeholder communication.Ability to work onsite in Seattle 5 days/week.
