Contract consulting opportunity on a long term basis for a warehouse/hardware fulfillment specialist.Client Requirements:Onsite 5 days/week - Minneapolis, MN areaW2 hourly only (no C2C)Work authorization: US Citizen or GC holder Seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse & Hardware Fulfillment Specialist to support hardware fulfillment and inventory operations. In this role, you will help support hardware across stores, distribution centers, and headquarters by managing hardware requests, tracking inventory, configuring devices, and coordinating shipping activities.The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working independently, and able to communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders while adapting to evolving operational priorities.Fulfill hardware requests for broken, replacement, or new equipment across facilitiesPick, stock, track, configure, and ship hardware devices and equipmentMaintain accurate inventory records and perform inventory reconciliation activitiesProcess warranties and support inventory lifecycle managementConfigure hardware and apply firmware or software applications as neededPartner with internal business teams to understand operational impacts and support needsCommunicate effectively through written and verbal channels with internal stakeholdersAdapt to changing priorities and support daily operational requirementsResponsibility breakdown:60% – Hardware fulfillment, picking, and shipping25% – Inventory tracking and reconciliation15% – Hardware configuration and firmware applicationSkills/Qualifications:Ability to lift and move pallets and packages weighing 25 lbs or moreStrong computer literacy and technical aptitudeHigh attention to detail with the ability to provide systematic reporting and maintain accurate recordsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience working with inventory systems and detailed data managementInventory management experiencePositive attitude with the ability to work independently in ambiguous environments with limited oversightStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to build and maintain strong working relationshipsPreferred QualificationsPackaging experienceShipping and logistics experienceExperience using inventory management systemsExperience with ServiceNow, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft SharePointTechnical degree or related educationExperience working in a corporate environmentInterest in learning and supporting new and evolving technologies ITR Group offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, and 401(k) for eligible employees. The W2 pay range for this type of role is approximately $28.00 - 31.00 per billable hour. This range is an estimate and not a guarantee of compensation.
