Integration Support Lead Engineer (MuleSoft)

If you're passionate about your future as we are, join our team. We are seeking an Integration Support Lead Engineer (MuleSoft) for our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity. Responsibilities Serve as the MuleSoft subject-matter expert, overseeing daily operation and health; collaborate with specialists to resolve complex integration issues. Manage and prioritize production support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders; perform root-cause analysis and implement preventive measures for system stability and performance. Diagnose and resolve complex system configuration, production, and deployment problems; use monitoring and logging tools (e.g., MuleSoft Monitoring, queues) to identify and address performance bottlenecks. Work closely with cross-functional teams—including business analysts, developers, and project managers—to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions; communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Design, develop, and deploy MuleSoft APIs, integrations, and batch processes using Anypoint Studio, Anypoint API Manager, and CloudHub. Qualifications Minimum five years of recent enterprise integration experience with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred; MuleSoft Certified Developer (Mule 4) is a plus. Extensive experience designing and implementing MuleSoft solutions, including API-led connectivity, RESTful/SOAP APIs, and DataWeave; proficiency with Anypoint Studio, Anypoint Platform components, DataWeave, Mule 4.x runtime, API governance, and security policies (OAuth 2.0). Solid understanding of integration patterns, protocols (HTTP/s, JMS, JDBC), and data formats (JSON, XML, CSV); working knowledge of CI/CD concepts (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and cloud platforms. Ability to independently triage and resolve complex technical issues without constant supervision; translate business needs into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
