Raiser's Edge Analyst LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with an established New York City–based nonprofit organization on a Raiser’s Edge Consultant opportunity. This part‑time role is fully remote and offers flexible hours. The engagement will support efforts to improve data quality, establish best practices, and strengthen overall fundraising data processes and reporting. Apply now for immediate consideration! Key ResponsibilitiesSupport data quality and cleanup initiatives within Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge.Partner with internal stakeholders to help define and align on data best practices.Assist in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures related to data entry and maintenance.Review and improve existing constituent and giving data to support reporting and analytics.Help assess duplicate records and contribute to strategies for improving data consistency.Participate in evaluating the broader fundraising systems landscapeProvide structure and project support to ensure data initiatives stay on track ahead of key milestones. QualificationsExtensive hands‑on experience with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge, including large‑scale data cleanup projects.Strong project management experience within fundraising or nonprofit systems.Proven experience developing and implementing data governance standards and SOPs.Expertise in data integrity, duplicate management, and reporting readiness.Experience evaluating and improving fundraising system integrations.Ability to work independently in a consulting environment and partner with multiple stakeholders.
