The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the food service industry with kitchen experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Lead and motivate team members to provide excellent customer service and achieve operational goals.Shift Management: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations during assigned shifts, including closing procedures, staffing, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety throughout the restaurant and address any issues promptly.Food Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety and sanitation regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and preparation procedures.Problem-Solving: Handle any operational issues or emergencies that arise during shifts, including equipment malfunctions, staffing shortages, or customer incidents; take appropriate action to resolve problems quickly and effectively.Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and sanitation regulations.QualificationsPrevious experience in a restaurant or food service environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role in the kitchen.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines; ServSafe certification is preferred.Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Must be bi-lingual.Work Schedule10 hour shift8 hour shiftWeekend availabilityMonday to FridayHolidaysNight shiftBenefitsPaid time offFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insurance401(k)Employee discount
