This company is focused on continued expansion and offers the opportunity to support employees across multiple locations while helping drive employee engagement and company culture initiatives.Job Description: The HR Generalist will serve as a key resource for employees and leadership across multiple regions, supporting day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and HR programs. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and English, have experience supporting California employees, and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This role requires occasional travel to regional offices throughout the year.Key Responsibilities:Act as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers regarding policies, procedures, and workplace concernsSupport compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations, including California labor lawsAssist with employee relations matters, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution effortsCoordinate and support recruiting, onboarding, and new hire integration processes across multiple locationsHelp administer performance management initiatives, employee engagement efforts, and training programsMaintain accurate employee information and documentation within the HRIS platformProvide support related to benefits administration, leave management, and workers’ compensation processesPartner with leadership to support a positive and collaborative workplace culture during company growth and acquisitionsQualifications:3-5 years of HR Generalist or related human resources experienceBilingual in Spanish and English requiredExperience supporting multi-state employees, including California-based teamsPrior experience using Paylocity or similar HRIS systemsBackground within industrial, construction, manufacturing, transportation, mining, or related industries preferredStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesComfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment with changing prioritiesHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detailValid driver’s license requiredMust be eligible to travel domestically, including air travel and rental car useAdditional Details:Direct hire opportunityStandard schedule is Monday-Friday with flexibility as neededBonus eligible position with annual incentive opportunityTravel required approximately 5-6 times annually for regional office visits and company meetingsBackground check and drug screening required (excluding marijuana)Immediate hiring needPerks:Newly updated office environmentOpportunity to contribute to a growing and evolving company cultureCollaborative and approachable leadership teamStrong benefits package with employer HSA contributionsStability and long-term growth potential within an expanding organizationAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
