A company is looking for a Building Inspector in Key West, FL. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct 15 to 25 building inspections per eight-hour shift based on Florida building code and approved plans Design optimal inspection routes and complete inspections in a timely manner Provide inspection results to the client within the required timeframeRequired QualificationsEngineer's license, registered architect license, or building code administrator's license is required Experience in building inspections Knowledge of Florida building code and regulations Ability to use inspection-related technology, such as tablets for result entry Willingness to work a 12-month contract with potential renewals
