Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Calm, Small Homes | 3 Days/Week | Full Training Provided Day Shift (7:30a–7:30p) and Night Shift (7:30p-7:30a) Soul Spring Homes are privately operated, family-run residential homes supporting adults with higher physical and medical support needs. We provide care in calm, structured, home-like environments with a maximum of 4 residents per home, allowing staff to focus on meaningful, individualized support—not crisis management. We are actively hiring compassionate, reliable DSPs for rotating schedules (only three 12-hour shifts per week) with schedules posted one month in advance. Full Training Provided (at no cost to you) We pay for all required certification courses, including: CPR & First Aid Medication Administration TOVA HCBS Rights Human Rights Bloodborne Pathogens Training hours themselves are unpaid, ensuring new team members have accountability and investment in completing certification.
