The candidate will be responsible to work with Business, DevOps and Architecture teams to successfully deliver complex cross-functional projects.Responsibilities:Collaborate with product management, marketing, analytics team and fellow technologists to design, develop and deliver frictionless multi-channel experiences and end to end performance measurementProvide technical guidance and be a technical mentor to SCRUM team. Lead the pre-sprint technical design and grooming activitiesDrive user story analysis, elaboration and design. Thrives to ensure code quality is high with supporting unit test and automation. Employ industry best practices to deliver world-class solutions. Ensure developed solutions remain compliant with all applicable Prudential standardsEnable change, help accelerate innovation and ensure customer delightDrive software development activities to meet schedules and timelinesResearch problems discovered by QA or product support and develop solutions to the problemsEnsure that software standards and quality targets are metDeliver against the website optimization and customized experience strategies across the website and other touch pointsConfigure, administer, and operate Adobe Target to build multi-channel campaignsRequirement:Experience developing mission critical web and server applications in agile environmentPossess excellent software architecture, design and problem-solving skillsExperience with agile development methodologies and TDD
