Registered Behavior Technician RBT (Hiring Immediately)

Benefits: 401(k) Flexible schedule Training & development Job Summary: We are looking for parttime RBTs to join our growing company. RBTs assist in delivering behavior services to clients between the ages of 2 and 18 years old under the direction and close supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). Duties include, but are not limited to: Responsibilities: Implement behavior plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors Assist in the implementation of individualized behavior plans Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Utilize behavior management techniques to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors Qualifications: Must have RBT license/certification from the BACB® Medicaid provider number preferred but not required Ability to follow care plans and implement interventions effectively Strong communication skills, both verbal and written The salary paid for this position will depend on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
