Warehouse Associate
Overview
Reporting to the Production Coordinator, the Warehouse associate will receive, label and slot newly arrived products based on a company set timeline. They will work closely with the Production Coordinator to understand incoming shipments. The Warehouse Associate assists with inventory control and maintains a company-based threshold for discrepancies. The Warehouse Associate should spend most of their time working in the warehouse and some of their day working in production where needed.

Job Responsibilities:
· Work with the Production Coordinator on expectations for the day.
· Coordinate with receiving large orders.
· Interact and communicate information professionally with the Production team.
· Participate in weekly “L10 Meetings” and provide appropriate information and feedback on issues and expectations.
· Participate in the daily morning “huddle” and provide appropriate information and feedback when necessary.
· Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
· Minimum Education: None; associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
· Minimum Experience: None; two years of related fulfillment, warehousing, production and/or manufacturing experience preferred.
· Must possess effective time-management skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Must be self-motivated and able to take initiative.
· Attention to detail and quality and craftsmanship focus is a must.
· Personal interest in innovative LED lighting products is required.
Physical Demands
Must be able to walk, stand, and sit for up to 8 hours daily. Must be able to lift 50 lbs., bend, carry, climb, and twist based on job location. Repetitive motion of wrists, hands, and/or fingers.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
