This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.What We Offer:Starting pay of $19.14/hr6% Shift differentialMultiple shifts available - including weekend only shifts!Health benefits and referral programTemp-to-hire opportunityWhat We're Looking For:High school diploma or GED - preferredAt least 1 year of CNC experience - requiredAbility to lift 15-40 lbs repeatedlyWillingness to work in a physical, team-based production environmentStrong attention to detail and safety proceduresFamiliarity with basic math and measurement toolsBasic computer skills; Microsoft Office and Oracle experience a plusMust wear PPE (safety glasses, steel-toe shoes, and ear protection as required)What You'll Do as a CNC Operator:Operate and monitor production equipment and machineryPerform efficient machine changeovers and quality checksMaintain production area cleanliness and equipment upkeepAccurately enter production and quality data into systemsAssist with machine setups and preventive maintenance tasksIdentify and report quality issues promptlyFollow safety, health, and environmental guidelinesCollaborate with team members and support process improvementsWalk-In Interview Hours:* Monday & Thursday: 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM* Tuesday & Thursday: 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM
