Title Software Customer Service Representative

Job Description:
This position is for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) supporting software used within the title insurance industry. The ideal candidate will assist customers with software-related questions, diagnose and resolve certain technical issues, and provide support related to real estate and title insurance processes.
Daily responsibilities include answering customer calls and emails, troubleshooting customer issues through resolution, testing software updates and enhancements, communicating software updates to customers, and assisting with document formatting and maintenance as assigned.
Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required
2+ years of customer service, software support, or related experience preferred
Previous title, closing, or real estate industry experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities:
Answer calls and emails regarding software questions and troubleshooting
Add and remove customer logins and assist with password resets
Manage document formatting, organization, and in-house proofing
Assist with software testing when applicable
Track and manage compliance-related updates including rates, forms, and software changes
Add and revise state and underwriter documentation
Monitor state and underwriter changes and communicate programming needs through the Dev Ops process
Maintain organized email cataloging and documentation practices
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent phone and customer service skills
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
Knowledge of title commitments, closings, and policy processes preferred
Strong relationship-building and customer management skills
Ability to make appropriate recommendations based on customer needs
Comfortable working across multiple technology platforms including email, websites, and browser-based applications
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and common web browsers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to understand and communicate technical terminology effectively
Strong presentation and project management skills
Ability to explain complex information in a clear and understandable manner

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
