He or she must provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers.ResponsibilitiesCompletes all services following manufacturer's instructions, related codes/standards, and Company policies and procedures.Schedules inspections with customers as required.Provides documentation of inspections for Eagle Fire records, customer records, authorities with jurisdiction, and any other entity requiredCommunicates discrepancies, necessary system repairs, and other important issues to Eagle Fire and the customerCompletes continuing education necessary to maintain current certifications and/or licenses as required for the positionWorks safely using good judgment and following all Eagle Fire safety policies and work procedures and uses authority to stop an unsafe actPerforms other related duties as requiredExperience4+ years of industry experienceRead and interpret diagrams, blueprints, and specificationsFire Sprinkler Service/Inspection experienceFire Sprinkler Manufacturer’s CertificationsNICET certificationAble to speak, read, and write English fluentlyHas practical knowledge of fire protection codes and standardsExcellent customer service skillsSelf-starter with the ability to work aloneValid drivers license and acceptable driving record for last 5 years Able to stand for long periods of time and to lift, crouch, reach, handle, push, and pullAble to travel and stay out of town as neededAble to operate and efficiently use measuring instruments and gauges and assorted industry-related devicesAble to work in extremely cold and extremely hot temperaturesAble to work while exposed to loud sounds and noise levelsIn compliance with the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988, we maintain a drug-free workplace and operate a Drug-Free Workplace program.
