Overview In this role you will provide technical leadership for the Test Engineering team, shaping test methods, equipment, and procedures to support advanced RMS manufacturing. You will coordinate cross-functional testing efforts, ensure safety and quality standards, and drive process improvements that increase reliability and efficiency. As a senior contributor, you will present results to engineering leadership and mentor junior staff.
