Logistics III DriverTrillium is looking for a Logistics III- Driver to join our team! This position calls for a dynamic, motivated individual responsible for assisting the general warehouse upkeep, organization, packaging, shipping and completing deliveries to various locations. This position is based in our Canton, MA location. This is an amazing opportunity to join a rapidly expanding, family-run brewery and bring your expertise into the world of craft beer!Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesDriving only after obtaining their DOT certificate. Drivers will be educated on turns, backing, breaking with vs without a loaded truck, as well as truck maintenance and upkeep. Trillium will pay for the DOT physical exam, but the employee must schedule their own test with Norwood urgent care.Reporting any tickets, damages, engine codes, and other truck information such as sticker expiration, registration expiration and DEF levels.Monitoring truck supplies such as DEF, windshield washer fluid, coolant, cargo straps, tools and safety equipment (flares and fire extinguishers)Learn Trillium's various inventory systems as well as how to take inventory of the different products Trillium stores in house. Employees will be expected to assist on inventory counts as needed.Proficient operational knowledge of Trilliums various sites and the standards for delivery to each locationCoached and developed on how to make wise decisions while on the road and at locations to achieve the safest most efficient deliveries possible.
