Customer Acquisition Email Marketing ManagerFintech Firm Hybrid in Wilmington, DEWe are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Acquisition Email Marketing Manager to join our client’s Direct Marketing team. This role will focus on the management of acquisition email campaigns and the acquisition marketing email strategy for this Consumer Lending firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Consumer Finance email marketing, experience with email platforms such as Braze, Marketing Cloud and Salesforce, along with email automation tools. This position requires the ability to build, execute and optimize the email acquisitions plan to drive new loans.Our client offers a very strong package including base, bonus, excellent benefits, 3 days in their beautiful office, 2 days remote, and tremendous opportunities for career and professional growth.Experience &Qualifications:5+ years of Email Marketing experience in the Consumer Finance/Financial Services industryWell versed in direct-to-consumer marketing channelsProven experience creating successful email marketing campaignsExperience with email automation tools and knowledge of latest trendsStrong project management skillsComfortable with data and ability to create reports and analyses (Tableau, SQL, and Data Bricks a plus)Experience with email platforms and working knowledge of email servers(Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Braze a plus)Experience developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, including structured testing strategies.
