Lead Full Stack Developer

THE ROLE: We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to architect, build, and modernize enterprise-scale applications supporting digital transformation initiatives within the financial services industry. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can drive the development of cloud-native solutions while guiding engineering teams through complex application delivery efforts. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise across .NET Core, Angular, AWS, and API development, along with experience leveraging AI technologies to improve customer experiences, engineering productivity, and business processes. You will collaborate with product managers, architects, engineering leaders, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that support strategic business objectives.
