Safety Data Processor
Job TitleResponsibilities• Collect, review, verify, and enter data into Safety's databases using outside data sources and custom applications• Collaborate with Safety Data and Analytics team members and other Safety Division staff to ensure the quality and consistency of data entries• Create and maintain Safety Data dashboards using Tableau• Access, review, and collect data from outside sources using Tableau• Create and maintain Safety Data reports for internal and external stakeholders• Create reports and/or presentations on safety data trends, patterns, and areas of interest• Perform data analysis to visualize, monitor, and evaluate MBTA's safety performance• Document data collection, management, and analysis activities in the form of Standard Operating Procedures, work instructions, and job aides• Participate in trainings and develop training materials on Safety's data management system, data processes, and similar programs to members of the Safety division and other MBTA departments as necessarySkills• Knowledge of advanced statistical or quantitative data analysis techniques• Experience in data collection, analysis, and trending• Advanced level skills in Excel to perform data collection, analysis, trending, and reporting functions.
