Billing Specialist I

Billing SpecialistSupport designated Project Manager(s) with administrative functions and processes. Issue client invoices in a timely manner. Issue invoices through client specific portals, when applicable. Manage work-in-progress (WIP) for projects. Support the subconsultant onboarding process. Track and manage subconsultant and project-related expenses. Issue recurring reports to Project Manager(s). Maintain accurate and up to date records of clients and projects. Assist with Accounts Receivable function. Be present in the office daily and provide administrative support. Assist the Office Manager with assigned tasks. Support partners and vendors with company events. Coordinate required maintenance and facility improvements with the landlord property management. Minimum of 3 years of project billing experience. Strong attention to detail. Clear and professional communication and writing skills. Effective problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently. Knowledge in Microsoft applications and Microsoft Cloud environment. A plus ---- Knowledge in Deltek Ajera project management software.
