School Based Mental Health Therapist

About us Mackee Counseling is a multi-specialty counseling practice in Marion, IN. Our team is supportive, encouraging, and knowledgeable. Our goal is to promote healing and restore relationships. We have a contract with a local school corporation to provide mental health services during the school day. Our work environment includes: Flexible working hours On-the-job training Casual work attire The ideal candidate: - Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field - Valid state license as LSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMHC-A, LMFT, or LMFT-A, etc. - Strong skills in individual psychotherapy, group therapy, and behavioral health interventions -Highly self-directed We offer a competitive compensation package including benefits such as paid time off, paid admin time weekly, and monthly specialized trainings.
