The position requires the ability to instruct with authority over the full spectrum of HUMINT Targeting principles and methodologies.Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. Location: Washington, DCFLSA Status: Full-TimeCitizenship: Applicants must be U.S. CitizensPosition Type: On-SiteClearance Level: TS/SCI + CI PolyPrimary Duties and Responsibilities:Design, support, and deliver comprehensive training in all areas of Counterintelligence (CI) and Human Intelligence (HUMINT). MainInstruct with authority over all HUMINT Targeting principles and methodologiesCoordinate with DIA guest lecturers to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive course deliveryEnsure all instructional and presentation materials are professional, accurate, and completePossess a thorough understanding of HUMINT Targeting, including relevant DoD policies, legal authorities, functions, methodologies, and related IT system requirements. Be familiar with the career development track of DIA HUMINT Targeting Officers. Administer, evaluate, synchronize, and manage blocks of instruction within the HUMINT training curriculum. Adhere to established DIA procedures and guidelines in course delivery and management. Be knowledgeable of HUMINT operations and instruct students on applying HUMINT operations and conducting HUMINT targeting analysis against various targets. Have experience conducting pattern of life analysis, social network analysis, and Human Factors analysisMinimum QualificationsClearance Level: TS/SCI CI Poly (Preferred)Minimum of twelve (12) years of applied experience in HUMINT Targeting, including work as a certified HUMINT professional within the Department of Defense (DoD)Extensive experience conducting pattern of life analysis, social network analysis, and Human Factors analysisSenior-level knowledge of HUMINT operations, with the ability to instruct students on the application of HUMINT operations and the conduct of HUMINT targeting analysis against a variety of targetsComprehensive understanding of the HUMINT Targeting cycle of support to HUMINT operations and the ability to instruct students on all aspects of this cycleGraduation from a recognized Intelligence Community (IC) level HUMINT Targeting course, such as the Operational HUMINT Targeting Course (OHTC), Targeting Certification Board (TCB), or an equivalent IC schoolEqual Employment Opportunity (EEO) remains a core value at DarkStar Intelligence LLC, reflecting our unwavering commitment to non-discrimination.
