Senior Business Process Analyst – Finance | Enterprise Finance Transformation Salary: $120,000 – $145,000 base + 5% bonusWork Model: Primarily Remote (1–2 days/month onsite after onboarding)Location: Minnesota-based preferred Why This Opportunity Stands Out: • High-impact role focused on improving how Finance works — not day-to-day accounting operations• Join a dedicated Finance Transformation team inside a large, well-established enterprise organization• Lead meaningful process redesign and systems improvements with enterprise-wide visibility• Mix of strategic initiatives and hands-on execution• Strong exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional partners• Primarily remote flexibility with limited onsite requirements• Clear runway for growth into larger transformation or project leadership roles Key Responsibilities: • Lead and support finance and shared services transformation initiatives from ideation through implementation• Analyze current-state workflows and design improved future-state processes• Identify efficiency gains, automation opportunities, and stronger internal controls• Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, and operational stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions• Support ERP and financial systems implementations, enhancements, and optimizations• Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and cross-functional discussions to drive alignment and decisions• Translate technical or system concepts into clear, business-friendly language• Influence stakeholders and drive adoption without formal authority• Lead continuous improvement efforts ranging from quick wins to large enterprise projects• Balance multiple initiatives across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid environments Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, MIS, or related field• 7–10+ years of experience in business process analysis, finance transformation, or continuous improvement• Experience leading or supporting cross-functional process or systems initiatives• Strong understanding of finance and accounting workflows (close, shared services, reporting, etc.)• ERP or financial systems experience• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills• Ability to simplify complex problems and present solutions clearly• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, project-based environment• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Nice to Have: • Finance or accounting background• ERP implementation experience• Lean, Six Sigma, or formal project management certifications (PMI, etc.)• Experience in shared services or large/complex organizations• Internal consulting or transformation team experience Team & Culture: • Part of a collaborative Finance Transformation team within a shared services environment• Team includes Business Analysts and Project Managers supporting enterprise initiatives• High-visibility work with meaningful business impact• Emphasis on curiosity, learning, and continuous improvement• Professional, low-ego culture with strong cross-functional partnership• High autonomy and trust in a mostly remote work model#BusinessProcess #FinanceTransformation #ContinuousImprovement #ERP #FinanceJobs #RemoteWork #NowHiring #LI-HYBRID #LI-PS1 #INFEB2026
