Bambee is in an active transaction process. The Strategy Analyst owns the narrative layer — Confidential Information Memorandum, management presentation, teaser, data room, press strategy. You work directly with the Chief Executive Officer to translate strategic doctrine into the language buyers understand.You're not supporting the story. You're writing it.You'll own• Confidential Information Memorandum narrative and management presentation• Teaser and data room organization• Press strategy and post-close communications• Cross-functional coordination across legal, finance, and leadershipYou bring• Investment banking or consulting background — you know how buyers evaluate materials• Executive writing at speed — clear, no filler, high stakes• Prior transaction process experience (Mergers and Acquisitions, Initial Public Offering, or capital raise)• Comfort operating close to the Chief Executive Officer with high autonomyYou won't deal with• Starting from zero — strategy is defined• Committee approvals on narrative• Ambiguity about who owns the storyYou'll thrive here ifYou think in narrative arcs, not bullet points.
