We're seeking someone to join the Account Manager team as a CSR, supporting the Account Managers and Producers in maintaining and servicing assigned accounts. We are also seeking to join our Commercial Lines Marketing/Placement team, assisting the Producers and Account Managers with policy submissions and renewals for accounts.Essential duties and functions include the following:Enter data and process daily downloadValidate renewal policies, endorsements, and cancellationsProcess telephone, fax or written requests for assigned accountsPrepare and process evidence of insurance and issue binders as necessarySort all incoming mail for the departmentMail monthly FRQs and consumer lettersAssist Account Managers with select clients from book of businessPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
