Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.Physical Requirements:This position requires constant hand-eye/mind-eye coordination. This position requires walking, standing, stooping, kneeling and talking. Visual acuity, hearing and speaking. Exposure to heat and cold.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:• Organize and direct auditions to recruit flag corps performers and co-captains.• Write and direct choreography.• Schedule and direct rehearsals at band camp then daily once school starts.• Procure equipment as needed within the budget.• Distribute uniforms and equipment; collect and account for at end of season.• Supervise flag corps participants at football games, parades, concerts and contests.• Arrange transportation and assume supervisory responsibility for any approved out-of-town events .• Collaborate with band director on a regular basis.• Perform other duties as assigned by the Building Principal.CLEARANCE:
