Why Ro Health: Schedules to complement your lifestyle Competitive compensation andweekly paychecks Administrative and clinical support when you need it most Healthcare benefits for eligible providers All providers earn PTO and sick time, even when working a per diem schedule Overview: Specialty: School Health, Pediatrics, Special Education Locations available include: Dallas, H.E.B, and the surrounding regions Positions Available:Per Diem (1-2 days/week minimum)Shift: Approximately 7:45am-3:15pm (Hours Include Busing with Student) Days: 1-2 Days availability Monday through Friday, no holidays, weekends, or nights Target Start Date: May 4, 2026 Benefits for Nurse: Monday-Friday Schedule - never work nights or weekends Flexible schedule - you decide which days to be available each week (per diem) Competitive Pay! ($30/hr - $42/hr depending on experience) 8 Days of PTO Accrual Medical, Dental, & Vision Plans (Full Time Employees) 401k Retirement Plan with a 4% employer match after 1st year (Available to all) Paid orientation prior to your start On-call Clinical Supervisor support during school hours Responsibilities may include: Working 1:1 with a patient directly in the school with one or more of the following conditions (G-tube,trach ,vent , catheter, diabetes, seizures) Manage the care of students with chronic health conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes) by coordinating with healthcare providers, teachers, and parents Perform ADL's for students in a wheelchair Provide first aid and emergency care for injuries or sudden illnesses Develop and implement emergency response plans and drills Maintain accurate and confidential health records Communicate with parents regarding their child's health status, concerns, and recommended follow-up care Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds) Qualifications: Active,TexasNursing License (ActiveCompact License Acceptable ) CPR/BLS certification Current negative TB result *Training Provided*: Seizure Disorder education Diastat administration Insulin injections and pumps Diabetic Management Medication Administration G-tube feedings Tracheostomy CareAbout Ro Health Ro Health is a rapidly growing healthcare staffing agency.
