Overview:
Specialty: School Health, Pediatrics, Special Education
Locations available include: Dallas, H.E.B, and the surrounding regions
Positions Available:Per Diem (1-2 days/week minimum)Shift: Approximately 7:45am-3:15pm (Hours Include Busing with Student)
Days: 1-2 Days availability Monday through Friday, no holidays, weekends, or nights
Target Start Date: May 4, 2026

On-call Clinical Supervisor support during school hours
Responsibilities may include:
Working 1:1 with a patient directly in the school with one or more of the following conditions (G-tube,trach ,vent , catheter, diabetes, seizures)
Manage the care of students with chronic health conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes) by coordinating with healthcare providers, teachers, and parents
Perform ADL's for students in a wheelchair
Provide first aid and emergency care for injuries or sudden illnesses
Develop and implement emergency response plans and drills
Maintain accurate and confidential health records
Communicate with parents regarding their child's health status, concerns, and recommended follow-up care
Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time
Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds)
Qualifications:
Active,TexasNursing License (ActiveCompact License Acceptable )
CPR/BLS certification
Current negative TB result

Seizure Disorder education
Diastat administration
Insulin injections and pumps
Diabetic Management
Medication Administration
G-tube feedings
