Shape the digital future as Project Manager Rollout Automotive (m/f/d) for a Southern German premium automotive manufacturer. Starting in April 2026, you will have the opportunity to become part of a challenging and exciting project: The global rollout of a modern headless web content management system as well as the subsequent migration of our client's brand websites. The position is initially limited to one year.
In a dynamic, globally connected web and IT environment full of innovation, you will take on an important role in planning, steering, and ensuring a successful rollout. What to expect
Planning, steering, and operational support of a global rollout and migration project for websites and web applications in the automotive industry, using agile methods
Development and implementation of a comprehensive rollout and migration concept, including time, resource, and communication planning, with a focus on Adobe Experience Manager and Contentful
Analysis, structuring, and management of requirements, as well as effective communication between international markets, business units, development teams, and other stakeholders
Coordination and enablement of international markets (e.g., kick-offs, workshops, trainings, weekly market calls, knowledge databases)
Quality assurance and execution of test scenarios, including acceptance processes and go-live checklists
Stakeholder management as the central interface between internal and external teams, including projects with numerous international markets
Reporting and status updates to stakeholders and management
Close collaboration with cross-functional, international teams

Your profile
Successfully completed degree with IT relevance or equivalent professional experience in the IT field
At least two to three years of experience in IT project management
Strong web affinity and good understanding of rollout and migration processes
Experience with agile methods such as Scrum or SAFe
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Independent, structured, and proactive working style
Ability to keep a cool head in particularly challenging project phases
Very good command of English
Nice to have
Expertise in Content Management Systems, especially headless CMS such as Contentful
Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence
