Manager Provider Network Adequacy

Role OverviewThe Manager Provider Network Reporting manages a team of Data Analysts responsible for meeting provider network reporting needs related to the evaluation of network strength/adequacy and the identification of network gaps, in support of new business, new products, and RFPsWork ArrangementRemoteResponsibilitiesGenerates reports used to analyze network adequacy, perform gap analysis and support design & construction of optimally-sized networks meeting all state and federal regulatory requirementsSupports reporting for network intelligence and network management to achieve milestones and goals throughout new business lifecycleManages the development and implementation of business analysis and reporting needs to assure accuracy, compliance and delivery for RFPs, new and emerging markets, existing LOBs and new productManages the new business continuum for provider network reports and deliverables to monitor network development, gaps and strategyImplements processes and programs for network analysis and reporting to optimize proficiency, efficiency and scalabilityWork closely with business, plans, and network management to translate analytics into business impacts and network optimizationEducation and ExperienceFive to ten (5 to 10) years of supervisory experienceMinimum of three (3) years of health care experienceExperience in Provider Network Management preferredPrevious experience in data analysis and reporting using SAS / SQL, Python, Excel, and Access preferredBachelor's degreeSkills & AbilitiesCompetency in math, statistics, software programming and data managementYour career starts now.
