Bilingual Enrollment Specialist
Job DescriptionROLE PURPOSEThe Enrollment Specialist plays a vital role in SSH achievement of enrollment goals by promoting and selling our Spanish immersion preschool program to prospective clients and new families. As the first point of contact for new families, you will gain insights into family needs and provide relevant information on specific programs. Through phone calls, emails, in-person tours, and community events, you will support new families in their search for an excellent preschool learning experience. In addition, you will serve as the internal enrollment champion equipping SSH leaders with knowledge and skills to drive enrollment.Key ResponsibilitiesEmpathize with Prospective Families: Demonstrate genuine empathy, understand their needs, and translate these insights into effective strategies. Implement Enrollment Strategies: Develop and execute promotion and sales strategies to achieve and surpass enrollment targets in your designated area. Conduct Engaging Tours: Provide immersive and inspiring tours for prospective parents as needed. Follow Up Promptly: Reach out to all leads through personal calls, emails, and direct mail in a timely manner. Facilitate Smooth Transitions: Foster strong relationships with prospective families and school staff to ensure a seamless handoff experience. Guide Enrollment Process: Assist parents through each step of the enrollment process and required documentation. Maintain Program Knowledge: Stay well-informed about SSH programs, services, and options to effectively communicate our brand promise. Train Enrollment Staff: Educate and onboard SSH leaders (Directors, Office Managers, Corporate staff) in best practices, tools, and programs for enrollment. Create Effective Communications: Develop and deliver on-brand communications designed to convert prospective families. Track and Improve Enrollment Data: Accurately maintain and track enrollment metrics and implement plans to enhance performance. Utilize Lead Management System: Leverage the Intelikid Lead Management system to ensure accurate data capture and presentation to drive enrollment actions. Coordinate Community Events: Collaborate with the Director of EM&C to design and execute SSH’s strategic participation in enrollment-related community events.
