Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Shadyside Healthcare & Rehabilitation. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being while contributing to our mission of family-focused care. This position has a starting pay rate of $35 an hour The current available opportunity specific to Registered Nurses (RN) is a Part Time two day one week and three day the opposite week opportunity. These shifts are 12- hour shifts from 7am to 7pm. There is ability to discuss joining the team with your choice of the days available in a more standard part time opportunity. Monitor patient health and provide updates to the healthcare team. Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans. Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations. Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery. Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records. Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio. Experience in Long Term Care, Behavioral Health or Acute Care preferred. Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
