Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic./liliMust possess a valid Commercial Drivers license (CDL) with Passenger Endorsement in the State. Must have a good driving record./liliMust be able to maintain a courteous, friendly, and helpful attitude with the residents at all times./liliMust be able to interpret and follow map directions./li/ulpAll new hires must be able to pass our preemployment screening process, which includes a fitness for duty physical, criminal background check, drug test and employment references as required by a licensed residential care facility.
