Become a maker of possible with us.Responsibilities:Support and monitor scrap management.Monitor production processing via random QA auditsSupport/perform necessary quality inspections using proper equipment and techniquesConduct statistical analysis on select processes and report findingsHelp with problem solving root cause analysis corrective actionsAssist with accurate documentation of quality inspection resultsSupport production monitoring raw materials comply to required specificationsMonitoring outgoing products are in compliance with required specificationsEnsure production personnel are following proper procedures for ongoing production checksAssist with training and instruction for production operators in QA measuring proceduresDevelopment and maintenance of quality procedures and work instructionsAudit and maintenance of compliance to required quality management system standardsProvide support management with detailed quality reports as required daily, weekly, monthly, etc.Other duties as required by quality managementMinimum Requirement:High School Diploma or GEDAt BD, we prioritize on-site collaboration because we believe it fosters creativity, innovation, and effective problem-solving, which are essential in the fast-paced healthcare industry.
