Bookkeeper - Full Charge
Job Description
As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial records and transactions of the company. This role requires a high level of accuracy and proficiency in various accounting tasks. 30 Hours per week Responsibilities include: * Manage all aspects of the company's financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, inventory and general ledger*Conduct account analysis and reconciliation*Utilize accounting software for bookkeeping tasks*Perform double entry bookkeeping to ensure accuracy of financial data*Generate financial reports for management review*Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner and prepare monthly sales tax returns*Work with external CPA to provide year-end financial statements for tax return preparation*Knowledge of Excel and Word
