The House Painter will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including surface preparation, application of paint and coatings, spray painting, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and to specified standards. This role may also involve minor carpentry tasks and working with architectural drawings to match project specifications. Attention to detail, safety adherence, and high-quality work are essential in this role.QualificationsProficiency in Paint application and Painting techniquesExperience with Spray Painting tools and methodsBasic knowledge of Carpentry and ability to work with Architectural DrawingsStrong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishesPhysical ability to perform tasks such as standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, and handling painting equipmentCommitment to following safety guidelines and maintaining a clean work environmentPrevious experience in professional painting or coating is a plusAccess to a dependable transportation
