Functions within approved scope and credentials as approved by Beebe Medical Center credentialing committee. Follow established nursing standards, procedures, and practices, and gives specific patient care directions to nursing and other staff.ResponsibilitiesAssessments.Diagnostics.Documentation.Promotes prevention.Evaluation.Risk Assessment.Communication.Coaching/Counseling.Quality and Timeliness of Work.Leadership.QualificationsCurrent Delaware APN or PA license. Prefer previous experience as a Physician Assistant in Emergency Room, Wellness Center or Internal Medicine and/or Family Practice required.
