Position Overview: Schedule:Full-time, Monday Friday Patient Load:patients per day per physician, allowing time for quality, patient-centered care Team Model:Work as part of a Patient-Aligned Care Team ( PACT ) Each physician is supported by a dedicatedRN ,LPNandMSAand has expanded support fromclinical pharmacy ,social work ,mental health , andnutrition .
