This is a ground-floor opportunity in a growing operation where you will play a key role in building processes, driving performance, and shaping team culture.Responsibilities & Duties:Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and replenishmentEnsure all cut-off times and service-level agreements are consistently metOversee transportation activities including routing, load building, and carrier coordinationSupport safe use of material handling equipment (MHE) and RF scanning devicesPromote a safety-first culture through daily engagement and incident reportingEnsure compliance with applicable regulations (OSHA, WHMIS, TDG, Hours of Service)Ensure load securement, documentation accuracy, and quality standardsSupport damage prevention, scan compliance, and accurate labelingMaintain inventory accuracy above 99% through cycle counts and root cause analysisUse WMS/TMS systems (including Epicor P21) and RF technology for inventory and shipping controlLoad/unload packaging equipment and verify documentation accuracyProcess inbound/outbound parts and equipment into WMSCoordinate shipments with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and internal teamsSupport equipment preparation and packaging for customer shipmentsConduct semi-annual cycle counts for parts and equipmentTrain Service Technician on basic warehouse processes as backup supportMonitor KPIs daily and resolve operational issues (delays, shortages, system gaps)Qualifications: 3-5 years of warehouse/logistics experience, including 3+ years in a lead or supervisory roleDiploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or equivalent experience and assetExperience with WMS/TMS systems (Epicor P21 preferred) and RF scanning toolsValid forklift/MHE certification (or ability to obtain)Strong knowledge of OSHA and transportation regulationsStrong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExperience in distribution, 3PL, e-commerce, CPG, or manufacturing environmentsValid passport or ability to obtain (travel may be required)Compensation: $20-$25/Hour, Medical BenefitsPlease contact Jennifer Mazza, jennifer@producecareers.com
