Your role focuses on identifying and expanding revenue opportunities, deeply understanding client business goals, and driving successful sales outcomes through effective adoption of our products.Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited ToClient Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary technical point of contact. Sales Enablement & Growth: Partnering with the practice teams to drive revenue by supporting the sales cycle, reinforcing product value, and ensuring post-sale success that leads to expansion and repeat business. Product Training: Train clients on effective product usage and best practices. Performance Monitoring: Track product performance and identify areas for enhancement. Solution Identification: Analyze client needs and recommend upgrades or additional features. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Experience: Minimum 5 years of applicable experience as an Account Manager or similar role. Sales & Revenue Focus: Demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities, support the sales cycle, and contribute to revenue expansion through strong client engagement. Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical details to non-technical audiences. Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving abilities to address client challenges. Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to grasp client needs and provide timely solutions. Business Awareness: Understand the intersection of technical requirements and business goals. Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Compensation range for this position is $125,000 - $225,000/year DOE.
