Excavator Operator

Operator needed for Growing Excavation Firm (Enumclaw) Wolfskill Construction is looking for an experienced operator for a local excavation company. We are a small construction outfit based out of Enumclaw. We do larger projects for city contracts, state public works, general contractors on large neighborhoods and other developments, and occasionally smaller residential. Looking for someone who is reliable, good with customers, and a team player. Compensation: $35-$45 DOE Employment Type: Full-Time Responsibilities: Operate excavator equipment, including backhoes and loaders, to perform various tasks such as digging, bulldozing, and paving Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment Perform horizontal drilling and water truck operations as needed Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Requirements: Experience with mass excavation work Experience with main line digging and grading Variety of experience with operating excavators, bulldozer, rollers, backhoe and haul truck Know how to use a grade laser Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment Must have a working phone Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to drive trucks with trailers.
