Job DescriptionPosition Title: Bank Teller Wage: $18.50/hour Shift: 1st Hours: Monday-Thursday 7:45am-5:30pm, Friday 7:45am-6:30pm, Saturday 7:45am-12:15pm (rotating, approximately every other); Employees scheduled for a Saturday shift will receive time off during the week to maintain a 40-hour workweek QPS Employment Group is hiring a Bank Teller for a company in Walworth, WI. This is a direct hire opportunity. Bank Teller Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, etc.) Balance cash drawer daily and maintain appropriate cash levels Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services Follow Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines to properly verify customer identity Adhere to all banking regulations and internal policies Serve as the primary contact for customers' daily banking needs Complete image capture processes as required Respond to customer inquiries and direct calls appropriately Assist customers with safe deposit box access Update customer account information (name, address, contact details, etc.) Assist with ATM balancing as needed Support branch reporting, including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) logs and other required documentation Bank Teller Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required Previous customer service experience required Cash handling experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Integrity & Ethics: Demonstrate honesty and strong moral principles Accountability: Take ownership of responsibilities and results Adaptability: Work effectively in a changing environment Decision-Making: Use sound judgment in daily operations Customer Focus: Build relationships and prioritize customer needs Priority Setting: Manage time and tasks effectively Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in all work Accuracy: Produce consistent, error-free results QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
