Wholesale & Ecommerce Customer Service Coordinator
Our client, a contemporary women's lifestyle brand, is seeking a Wholesale & Ecommerce Customer Service Coordinator to join their team in NYC!
Responsibilities
Manage wholesale orders in JOOR + Shopify
Allocate inventory and coordinate shipments with sales + warehouse
Handle EDI, UPCs, retailer compliance, and reporting
Support wholesale accounts (order updates, returns, RAs, payment + shipping outreach)
Respond to ecommerce customer inquiries and process returns
Maintain accurate inventory and monitor sell-through
Assist with production projections and PO creation
Qualifications
3+ years experience in wholesale/ecommerce operations within fashion
Strong knowledge of JOOR, Shopify, EDI and ERP (AS2000 preferred)
Detail-oriented, organized, and solutions-driven
Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing brand environment with an entrepreneurial spirit
Full time on site, 5 days in office
$70k-75k
