Join us and be part of a culture that values expertise, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Position OverviewThe Traveling Project Manager will oversee and manage construction projects for major retail clients, including Costco, Walmart, and Sam's Club. This role involves traveling to various project sites to ensure that all aspects of construction are executed to meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate construction projects from initiation to completion at various locations.Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution.Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and upper management.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field preferred.Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry with ground-up big box retail projects.Ability to travel extensively to job sites across various locations.Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management methodologies, and best practices.Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Benefits- 100% employee and dependent medical/dental/vision paid for by company- 401k 4% match- 3 weeks PTO- $174/day per diem- Bonuses
