Your work directly impacts candidates by helping them access opportunities they may not have found on their own.Key responsibilities include:Supporting day‐to‐day administrative and revenue‐driving activitiesAssisting with job postings, lead generation, and reportingSupporting marketing outreach efforts through calls and emailsHelping with candidate sourcing and resume review as neededPreparing, sending, and tracking pre‐placement and onboarding documentsEntering and maintaining candidate information in internal systemsManaging timesheets, payroll or billing adjustments, and assisting with unemployment claimsWhat We're Looking ForYou are curious, collaborative, and motivated to keep learning.
